“TECHNICAL OLYMPIC S.A.” announces that in accordance with Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007, of the Capital Market Commission, the Managing Director and BoD member Mr. Georgios Stengos, informed the Company that on 23/12/2011 he purchased 3.379 common shares, of a total net value of 4.110,38 euro and that on 27/12/2011 he purchased 75 common shares, of a total net value of 86,25 euro.
