Αthens, Νovember 14, 2013 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with Law 3556/2007, 1/434/3.07.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and 3/347/12.07.2005 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that on 13/11/2013 it has been notified of the sales of OTE shares mentioned below, as follows:

Mr. Dermitzakis Ioannis, Section manager of OTE S.A sold 7,000 shares a total value of €61,109.80, Mr. Tokmakidis Michalis, Section manager of COSMOTE – MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A sold 11,480 shares a total value of €101,071.65 and Ms. Matathia Anna, Director of OTE SA, sold 7.000 shares a total value of €60,990.36.
