Athens, December31, 2013 –TheHellenicTelecommunicationsOrganizationSA (OTESA or the Company) announces that,in accordance with article 16 of Codified Law 2190/1920,article 9 of Law3340/2005, the nr 2273/2003 EU Regulation,the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of 26.06.2013 and the nr 6/11-10-2013 decision of the CEO,it acquired on30.12.2013 through the ASE member AlphaFinanceInvestment ServicesS.A. 200,000 own shares, for an average price of €9.5974per share, of total value €1,919,485.59.In total, the Company holds937,959 own shares representing0.1913615% of its issued share capital.
