Αthens, December 30, 2013 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with Law 3556/2007, 1/434/3.07.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and 3/347/12.07.2005 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission announces that on 30/12/2013 it has been notified of the transactions of OTE shares mentioned below, as follows:

Mr. Arvanitidis Georgios, Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer of OTE SA, purchased on 27/12/2013, 10,000 shares of OTE SA of a total value of €90,100, Mr. Katsantonis Dimitrios, Senior Manager of OTE S.A., sold on 27/12/2013, 1,000 shares of OTE SA of a total value of €9,515.85, Mr. Zamanis Dimitrios, Senior Manager of OTE S.A., sold on 27/12/2013, 3,000 shares a total value of €28,500, Mr. Papatriantafyllou Dimitrios, Senior Manager of OTE S.A., sold on 27/12/2013, 7,000 shares of OTE SA of a total value of €66,500 and Mr. Dimitropoulos Konstantinos, Section Manager of COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A.  sold on 27/12/2013, 4,500 shares of OTE SA of a total value of €42,165.
