Athens, February 4, 2014 –The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA or the Company) announces that,in accordance with article 16 of Codified Law 2190/1920,article 9 of Law3340/2005, the nr 2273/2003 EU Regulation,the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of 26.06.2013 and the nr 6/11-10-2013 decision of the CEO,it acquired on03.02.2014through the ASE member Piraeus Securities S.A.70,000 own shares, for an average price of €11.2129per share, of total value €784,902.47. In total, the Company holds 4,203,262 own shares representing 0.8575454% of its issued share capital.
