Athens, January 15, 2014 –The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA or the Company) announces that,in accordance with article 16 of Codified Law 2190/1920,article 9 of Law3340/2005, the nr 2273/2003 EU Regulation,the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of 26.06.2013 and the nr 6/11-10-2013 decision of the CEO,it acquired on14.01.2014through the ASE member Alpha Finance Investment Services S.A.200,000 own shares, for an average price of €11.5979per share, of total value €2,319,586.91.In total, the Company holds 2,303,262own shares representing 0.469909% of its issued share capital.
