Athens, March 5, 2014 –The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA or the Company) announces that,in accordance with article 16 of Codified Law 2190/1920,article 9 of Law3340/2005, the nr 2273/2003 EU Regulation,the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of 26.06.2013 and the nr 6/11-10-2013 decision of the CEO,it acquired on 4.3.2014 through the ASE member Alpha Finance Investment Services S.A. 70,000 own shares, for an average price of €12.7123 per share, of total value €889,859.23.In total, the Company holds 5,329,332 own shares representing 1.0872851% of its issued share capital.

This announcement is published in accordance with Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, articles10 and 13 of Law 3340/2005 and the Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
