Athens, January 21, 2014 –The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA) announces that, in accordance with article 16 of Codified Law 2190/1920,article 9 of Law3340/2005, the nr 2273/2003 EU Regulation, the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of 26.06.2013 and the nr 6/11-10-2013 decision of the CEO, it acquired on 20.01.2014 through the ASE member NBG Securities S.A. 350,000 own shares, for an average price of €11.0544 per share, of total value €3,869,025.67. In total, the Company holds 3,503,262 own shares representing 0.7147321% of its issued share capital.
