Athens, March 4, 2014 –The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA or the Company) announces that, in accordance with article 16 of Codified Law 2190/1920,article 9 of Law3340/2005, the nr 2273/2003 EU Regulation,the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of 26.06.2013 and the nr 6/11-10-2013 decision of the CEO,it acquired on 28.2.2014 through the ASE member Piraeus Securities S.A 70,000 own shares, for an average price of €12.6516 per share, of total value €885,609.98.In total, the Company holds 5,259,332 own shares representing 1.0730037% of its issued share capital.
