Athens, February 14, 2014 –The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA or the Company) announces that, in accordance with article 16 of Codified Law 2190/1920,article 9 of Law3340/2005, the nr 2273/2003 EU Regulation, the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of 26.06.2013 and the nr 6/11-10-2013 decision of the CEO, it acquired on13.02.2014 through the ASE member Alpha Finance Investment Services S.A. 70,000 own shares, for an average price of €12.1418 per share, of total value €849,928.84.In total, the Company holds 4,637,332 own shares representing 0.9461039% of its issued share capital.
