Athens, February 24, 2014 –The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA or the Company) announces that, in accordance with article 16 of Codified Law 2190/1920,article 9 of Law3340/2005, the nr 2273/2003 EU Regulation,the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of 26.06.2013 and the nr 6/11-10-2013 decision of the CEO,it acquired on 21.02.2014 through the ASE member NBG Securities S.A.70,000 own shares, for an average price of €12.0572 per share, of total value €844,004.62.In total, the Company holds 4,967,332 own shares representing 1.0134302% of its issued share capital.
