According to her transactions notifications of 21/11/2014 and 24/11/2014, MsEirini Nikolaidi, General Counsel and General Director for Legal and Regulatory Affairs of OTE Group, sold 12,500 shares of OTE SA of a total value of €114,226.77 on 19/11/2014 and 9,500 shares of OTE SA of a total value of €89,636.57 on 21/11/2014, respectively.
