Athens, October 23, 2013 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA or the Company) announces that, in accordance with article 16 of Codified Law 2190/1920, article 9 of Law 3340/2005, the nr 2273/2003 EU Regulation, the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of 26.06.2013 and the nr 6/11-10-2013 decision of the CEO, it acquired on 22.10.2013 through the ASE member NBG Securities S.A. 51,995 own shares, for an average price of €9.3999 per share, of total value €488,746. In total, the Company holds 504,990 own shares representing 0.1030276% of its issued share capital.
