Αthens, December 23, 2013 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with Law 3556/2007, 1/434/3.07.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and 3/347/12.07.2005 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission announces that on 23/12/2013 it has been notified of the sales of OTE shares mentioned below, as follows:

Mr. Arvanitidis Georgios, Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company, sold, on 20/12/2013, 9,000 shares of OTE SA of a total value of €83,477.08 and Mr Fousianis Nikolaos, Section Manager of COSMOTE – MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. sold, on 19/12/2013, 2,000 shares a total value of €19,000.
