Directors of OTE S.A.: Mr. Koutsianas Fotios acquired 8,900 shares for a total value of €50,176.81, Mr. Louros Spyridon 11,000 shares for a total value of €62,016.28 and Ms. Matathia Anna, 7,000 shares for a total value of €39,465.

Senior Managers of OTE S.A.: Mr. Vasilopoulos Ioannis acquired 7,000 shares for a total value of €39,465, Mr. Sardanidis Stefanos acquired 7,000 shares for a total value of €39,465, Mr. Athanasopoulos Georgios-Dimitrios acquired 7,000 shares for a total value of €39,465, Mr. Katsantonis Dimitrios acquired 7,000 shares for a total value of €39,465, Mr. Papatriantafyllou Dimitrios acquired 7,000 shares for a total value of €39,465, Mr. Dragoutas Achilleas acquired 7,000 shares for a total value of €39,465 and Mr. Zamanis Dimitrios acquired 7,000 shares for a total value of €39,465.
