Athens, November 11, 2013 – The company “Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA” (OTE SA or Company), announces that, on 8/11/2013 has proceeded with the transfer (Over the Counter- OTC) of 277,355 own shares, representing 0.0565857% of the Company's paid-up share capital, to 29 beneficiaries of the approved, by the General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders, “Stock Option Plan”, due to the exercise of equal number of Vested Rights, at the price of €5.635 per share and with a value of €1,562,895.43.

Today the Company holds 227,635 own shares.

This announcement is published in accordance with Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, articles 10 and 13 of Law 3340/2005 and the Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
