Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (HELEX) announces, pursuant to Laws 3556/2007 and 3606/2007, that National Bank of Greece notified it on 28.11.2013 that:

1.    Οn 26.11.2013 it sold 1,200 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR9,468.00.

In addition, National Bank of Greece notified the company on 29.11.2013 that:

2.    Οn 28.11.2013 it sold 10,082 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR79,592.77.

The notification by National Bank of Greece to HELEX and in turn by HELEX to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because Mr. Petros Christodoulou holds a managerial position as Executive Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy CEO of National Bank of Greece, while at the same time he is a non-executive member of the HELEX Board of Directors (i.e. liable for reporting according to Law 3340/2005).
