The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that:

Mr. Grigoris Sarantis son of Pantazis, Chairman of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 17/04/12 to the purchase of 6,400 common shares at the price of 2.10 euro of total value 13,440.00 euro.

Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 12/04/12 to the purchase of 810 common shares at the price of 2.053 euro of total value 1,663.00 euro.
