The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Grigoris Sarantis son of Pantazis, Chairman of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 20/03/12 to the purchase of 936 common shares at the price of 1.88 euro of total value 1,759.68 euro.
