Announcement of Regulated Information According to the L. 3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 the following:

-          Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 21/10/11 to the purchase of 1,366 (one thousand three hundred and sixty six) common shares at the price of 2.03 euros (two euros and three cents) of total value 2,772.98 euros (two thousand seven hundred seventy two euros and ninety eight cents).

-          Mr. Antonios Agiostratitis son of Miltiadis, “Other Manager” of the Company, proceeded on 24/10/11 to the purchase of 3,145 (three thousand one hundred and forty five) common shares at the price of 1.96 euros (one euro and ninety six cents) of total value 6,172.75 euros (six thousand one hundred and seventy two euros and seventy five cents).
