The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 25/01/12 to the purchase of 2,034 common shares at the price of 2.04 euro of total value 4,148.85 euro and on 26/01/12 to the purchase of 583 common shares at the price of 2.10 euro of total value 1,222.80 euro and on 27/01/12 to the purchase of 2,000 common shares at the price of 2.10 euro of total value 4,191.50 euro.
