Announcement of Regulated Information According to the L. 3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 04/01/12 to the purchase of 4,893 common shares at the price of 1.94 euro of total value 9,492.42 euro  and on 05/01/12 to the purchase of 5,000 common shares at the price of 1.92 euro of total value 9,610 euro.
