The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that:

Mr. Grigoris Sarantis son of Pantazis, Chairman of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 06/03/12 to the purchase of 4,000 common shares at the price of 1.93 euro of total value 7,720 euro.
