The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that:

Mr. Grigoris Sarantis son of Pantazis, Chairman of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 16/03/12 to the purchase of 2,000 common shares at the price of 1.91 euro of total value 3,820.00 euro.

Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 19/03/12 to the purchase of 9,000 common shares at the price of 1.908 euro of total value 17,172.80 euro.
