Announcement of regulated information according to the L.3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:

-          Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the BoD of the Group, proceeded on 12^th September 2013 to the purchase of 2,500 common shares at the price of 5.24 euros of total value 13,101 euros.

-          Mr. Antonis Ayiostratitis, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 12^th September 2013 to the sale of 500 common shares at the price of 5.25 euros of total value 2,325 euros.
