Announcement of regulated information according to the L.3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that

-          Mr. Vasilis Meintanis, “Accounting Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 11/07/13 to the sale of 1,000 common shares at the price of 4.70 euros of total value 4,700 euros.

-          Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on 10 and 11 of July 2013 to the sale of 1,350 common shares in total at the price of 4.66 euros of total value 6,290.20 euros.
