SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on December 31^st 2013 to the sale of 1,000 common shares in total at the price of 6.56 euros of total value 6,565 euros.
