SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Antonis Ayiostratitis, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 03^rd January 2014 to the sale of 190 common shares at the price of 6.52 euros of total value 1,238.24 euros.
