The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Executive member of the BoD, proceeded on 11/03/14 to the sale of 5,000 common shares at the average price of 7.42 euros of total value 37,106.52 euros.
