SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Charalampos Sgouridis, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 05/03/14 to the sale of 91 common shares at the price of 6.93 euro of total value 630.63 euro.
