The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that:
- Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, proceeded on 28/01/2014 to the sale of 15,000 common shares at the price of 6.55 euros of total value 98,250 euros.
- Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Executive member of the BoD, proceeded on 28/01/14 to the sale of 15,000 common shares at the average price of 6.55 euros of total value 98,250 euros.
- Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on 29/01/14 to the sale of 882 common shares in total at the price of 6.56 euros of total value 5,790.92 euros.
