The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that:
- Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, proceeded on 21/01/2014 to the sale of 19,019 common shares at the price of 6.72 euros of total value 127,805.40 euros.
- Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 21/01/2014 to the sale of 20,000 common shares at the price of 6.72 euros of total value 134,400 euros.
- Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Executive member of the BoD, proceeded on 21/01/14 to the sale of 30,000 common shares at the average price of 6.72 euros of total value 201,600 euros.
- Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on 17/01/14 to the sale of 230 common shares in total at the price of 6.70 euros of total value 1,541.10 euros.
