SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on 05/02/14 and 06/02/14 to the sale of 1,300 common shares in total at the price of 6.65 euros of total value 8,644.52 euros.
