SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, proceeded on 25/10/2013 and 29/10/2013 to the purchase of 4,981 common shares in total at the average price of 5.73 euros of total value 28,543.55 euros.
