SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mrs. Eleni Pappa, Investor Relations Manager of the Group, proceeded on 17/07/2014 to the sale of 1,000 common shares at the price of 7.33 euros of total value 7,329.55 euros.
