The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that:

 -          Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, proceeded on 10/07/2014 to the sale of 100,000 common shares at the price of 7.30 euros of total value 730,000 euros.

-          Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 10/07/2014 to the sale of 100,000 common shares at the price of 7.30 euros of total value 730,000 euros.
