SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Krzysztof Kaminski, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 31/03/15 and 01/04/15 to the sale of 5,869 common shares at the price of 7.79 euro of total value 45,719.51 euro.
