SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Executive member of the BoD, proceeded on 06/05/15 and on 08/05/2015 to the sale of 2,075 common shares in total at the average price of 8.00 euros of total value 16,608.23 euros.
