The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, proceeded on November 14^th, 17^th and 18^th 2014 to the purchase of 1,270 common shares in total at the price of 6.83 euros of total value 8,677.90 euros.
