The company QUALITY & RELIABILITY SA (" Issuer" ) in accordance with Law 3556 /2007 and following the notification of 10.10.2013 received from the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (hereinafter HFSF ), informs the investing public that the Bank Eurobank Ergasias SA (hereinafter EUROBANK) held 15.72 % of the share capital of the Issuer amounted to 1,075,000 shares due to a lien and as representative of the bondholders . On 10/08/2013 , through the auction process , the bank EUROBANK sold 226,800 voting rights ( 3.32 %). Following this disposal , the turnout of the Eurobank decreased from 15.72 % to 12.41 % of the share capital of the Company. Therefore the HFSF owns, indirectly , voting rights representing 12.41 % of the share capital of the Issuer.
