SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that its shareholder and Regulatory Affairs Manager, Mr. Tilemahos Stefanakis son of Stefanos, proceeded on 27/07/07 to the purchase of 1,000 (one thousand) common shares at the price of 9.90 euros (nine euros and ninety cents) of total value 9,900 euros (nine thousand and nine hundred euros).
