Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007

02 May 2008 ? Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that EFG Eurobank Securities notified it:

a)   on 30.04.2008 that it sold on 29.04.2008 8.500 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €120,372.00;

b)   on 30.04.2008 that it purchased on 29.04.2008 12,450 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €175,236.36;

c)   on 02.05.2008 that it sold on 30.04.2008 17,100 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €240,742.00;
