02 May 2011 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 29.04.2011 that:

1.   On 28.04.2011 it bought 9 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR4,619.00

2.   On 28.04.2011 it sold 900 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR4,735.75

3.   On 28.04.2011 it sold 5,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR26,237.54

4.   On 28.04.2011 it bought 5,000 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR26,616.95
