4 April 2008 ? Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that EFG Eurobank Securities notified it: a) on 04.04.2008 that it purchased on 03.04.2008 12,668 common registered shares with a total value of €206,222.64; b) on 04.04.2008 that it sold on 03.04.2008 3,468 common registered shares with a total value of €57,488.90.
