Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007 

04 May 2011 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 04.05.2011 that:

1.   On 02.05.2011 it bought 400 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR2,144.00

2.   On 02.05.2011 it sold 2,700 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR14,390.10

3.   On 02.05.2011 it bought (borrowed) 9 HELEX contracts, at a total value of EUR4,860.00

4.   On 02.05.2011 it bought 32 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR16,614.00

5.   On 02.05.2011 it sold 9 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR4,667.00

The above transactions by Eurobank EFG Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.
