Eurobank Ergasias carried out these transactions in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market in futures contracts having the HELEX share as underlying security.
The notification by Eurobank Ergasias S.A. to HELEX and in turn by HELEX to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because Mr. Fokion Karavias holds the post of General Manager, Member of the Executive Committee at Eurobank Ergasias S.A., while at the same time he is a non-executive member of the HELEX Board of Directors (i.e. liable for reporting according to Law 3340/2005).
