06 May 2008 ? Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that EFG Eurobank Securities notified it:
a) on 05.05.2008 that it sold on 02.05.2008 29.000 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €422,050.00;

b) on 05.05.2008 that it purchased on 02.05.2008 17,500 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €253,483.90;

c) on 06.05.2008 that it sold on 05.05.2008 3,100 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €45,710.00;

d) on 06.05.2008 that it purchased on 05.05.2008 1,100 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of €16,506.00.
