Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007
10 April 2008 ? Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that EFG Eurobank Securities notified it:
a) on 09.04.2008 that it purchased on 07.04.2008 911 common registered shares with a total value of €15,341.24;b) on 09.04.2008 that it sold on 07.04.2008 4,700 common registered shares with a total value of €79,082;
c) on 09.04.2008 that it purchased on 08.04.2008 5,000 common registered shares with a total value of €80,000;
d) on 09.04.2008 that it purchased on 08.04.2008 11,600 common registered shares with a total value of €187,427;
e) on 09.04.2008 that it sold on 08.04.2008 1,000 common registered shares with a total value of €16,400;
f) on 10.04.2008 that it purchased on 09.04.2008 34,200 common registered shares with a total value of €531,754.
