Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007 

10 May 2011 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3606/2007 that Eurobank EFG Equities notified it on 10.05.2011 that:

1.   On 06.05.2011 it sold 25 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR12,525.00

2.   On 06.05.2011 it bought 9 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR4,491.00

3.   On 06.05.2011 it sold 900 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR4,617.00

The above transactions by Eurobank EFG Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.
