Announcement of regulated information in accordance with Law 3556/2007

12 August 2013 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (HELEX) announces, pursuant to Laws 3556/2007 and 3606/2007, that Eurobank Equities notified it on 09.08.2013 that:

 1.    On 08.08.2013 it bought 11,952 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR75,590.74

 2.    On 08.08.2013 it sold 600 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR3,786.00

 3.    On 08.08.2013 it sold 24 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR15,189.00

In addition, Eurobank EFG Equities notified the company on 12.08.2013 that:

 4.    On 09.08.2013 it bought 3,242 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR20,580.03

 5.    On 09.08.2013 it sold 1,100 HELEX common registered shares, at a total value of EUR6,989.29

 6.    On 09.08.2013 it bought 11 HELEX futures at a total value of EUR6,974.00

The above transactions by Eurobank Equities took place in its capacity as market maker in the derivatives market.

The notification by Eurobank Equities S.A. to HELEX and in turn by HELEX to the capital market authorities, is disclosed because Mr. Konstantinos Vousvounis holds a managerial position as non-executive chairman of the Eurobank Equities S.A. Board of Directors, while at the same time he is a non-executive member of the HELEX Board of Directors (i.e. liable for reporting according to Law 3340/2005).
